When you contact us via WhatsApp, web chat, or voice, you may be communicating with an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic). The assistant is clearly identified as automated. A human team member reviews critical interactions and is always available upon request. Anthropic processes your messages to generate responses and does not use API content to train its models.

We use trusted processors to operate our services and share only the minimum information necessary. We do not sell your personal information.

• Meta Platforms Inc. — WhatsApp Business message delivery
• Twilio Inc. — voice call and SMS infrastructure
• Anthropic PBC — AI-assisted response generation (does not train on API content)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare — bot mitigation and content delivery

7. WhatsApp Messaging

When you message us on WhatsApp:

• Your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, and message content are received via Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API
• We respond within Meta's 24-hour service window, or via pre-approved templates outside it
• You can stop receiving messages by sending "STOP" or blocking the number in WhatsApp

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed: active conversations and leads up to 2 years from the last interaction; completed projects and accounting records as required by Canadian tax and corporate law (up to 7 years). You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Our servers and contracted processors operate in Canada and the United States. By using our services, you consent to international data transfers consistent with applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25).
